Body Coach Boot Camp With Buggy


Body Coach Fitness is launching  anew Boot camp specifically for mums -Body Coach Boot Camp With Buggy ! A boot camp specifically targeting at post bump target trouble spots ,improving cardiovascular health and improved fitness for post natal ladies . A more boot camp style circuit then the buggy fit classes available ( on buggy fit page) For the more advanced post natal ladies and dads with higher levels of fitness who want to get back into serious exercise under instruction from a qualified pre and post natal and buggy fit instructor.*Clearance from midwife /GP is needed before participation* Recommended for ladies who were at a more advanced level of fitness/athleticism before pregnancy and a goof foundation in fitness. With safe ,appropriate and guided instruction

B Baby Fit-Online Class


Online B Baby fit classes- are designed for busy mums who want  a work out where ever they may be eg at home (indoors & outdoors- at work or travelling).  It is designed to be convenient , cost effective but still personal. You can order 1-2-1 instruction or get a group of friends together at your house/garden and pay individually for each person attending ( small group class) .All you need is a free Skype account, wi fi connection and tv/pc or ideally a laptop ( with webcam ) so you and your instructor can speak and see each other  live -just the same as attending  a class but not having to worry about travelling to venue, having to attend at  a certain time each day and week and much more private and more comfortable for you and your friends with no need for baby sitters. Much better than following a pre prepared  exercise video at home and allowing full instruction and assessment via instructor at all times-making it safe .This also means any one in the UK or world wide can book/schedule a 1-2-1 or small group B Baby fit class with Sharon at any time and any where.  
The classes will be low impact exercises  suitable for post natal ladies-( you will need full GP/midwife clearance and to sign medical lifestyle questionnaire before starting the group- this can be done via email /remotely.)

28 Day Body Coach Fit Mummy Challenge



Start The Challenge!

On the 28 day challenge every month you receive a family friendly 28 day meal plan with shopping list and exercise plan sent to you and you will also have access to hundreds of different meals to choose from on nutrition complete , so you can swap and change  ingredients so you never get bored with your diet plan. The recipes are all quick and easy and with minimal ingredients  for busy mums on the run. The exercise plans are printable /portable and are of approximately 30 minutes in duration with he use of minimal equipment . Most exercises can be carried out at home or out doors as well as in the gym . Gentle exercise  during pregnancy is good (safe) for you and your baby. Gentle forms of exercise recommended are walking, swimming, prenatal yoga ,gentle aerobics classes ad pelvic floor and abdominal  exercises.

Tummy Time

Tummy time is a great way to help build your babies upper body strength .You can start doing tummy time from birth by lying your baby on your chest .Gradually increase the amount of time you do this day by day .Tummy time helps strengthen the back,neck and shoulders ,as well as giving them a different view of the -WORLD!
