Body Coach fitness-Body Building Academy


Body Coach Fitness is in the process of developing a advanced body building and fitness trainer course -with theoretical knowledge ,competencies and skills that are appropriate to consistent success at an advanced coaching level .Students will learn how to devise and evaluate advanced exercise programmes  and also programme specific body building programmes .

This course is aimed at qualified fitness /personal trainers who want to have a unique specialism in training for not only strength and conditioning but body building. As a professional natural body builder myself  and also an advocate of educating other in health fitness & nutrition-I realised there were very few professional certfication's  available specifically focused on pure natural  bodybuilding and strength .This course would be suitable for professional body builders looking to advance knowledge on their sport, trainers and coaches looking for specific body building knowledge and nutrition coaching for body building. Based on both personal and professional  knowledge and experience in body building.
